Marton Grange Country House offered a delightful escape—an ideal spot for those seeking tranquility away from the bustling town. The location allowed easy access to some of Bridlington's best pubs and restaurants, which was a pleasant bonus for a foodie like me. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea and cream scones, which set a lovely tone for our stay. Breakfast was an abundant affair served in two bright dining rooms, though the 8:00 am start was a slight hiccup on our early adventure days. The cooked breakfast featuring local butcher bacon and sausages was satisfying, and the staff's accommodating nature made dining here enjoyable. The guest lounge and dining area were easily accessible, making this establishment comfortable for all. Marton Grange struck a lovely balance between welcoming hospitality and culinary intrigue.
